Escape from Tarkov Tier Lists
Escape from Tarkov went 1.0 and dropped global wipes; patch 1.1.0 brought resets back as opt-in Seasons on separate profiles. Either way the meta still resets the old way — with every balance patch, trader change and ammo rebalance. These boards cover the eternal questions: which guns are worth building, which ammo is worth loading, and which armor and helmets are worth wearing — as judged by players who actually raid, not by spreadsheet pen values alone.
FAQ
Which Escape from Tarkov tier list should I use?
There are 5 live boards: Helmet Tier List, Meta Guns Tier List, Armor Tier List, Loot Map Tier List, Ammo Tier List. Start with the Helmet Tier List — it has the most player ratings — then check the scenario that matches how you play.
What's S-tier in Escape from Tarkov right now?
As of Patch 1.2.0, Ronin Respirator, ULACH lead the S tier on the Helmet Tier List. The full tier list updates live as votes land.
How often are Escape from Tarkov tier lists updated?
Continuously — tiers re-tabulate as votes land, and the last ranking change was 14h ago. When a new patch drops, boards roll forward so votes rank the current version, not last season's.
How are Escape from Tarkov tiers decided?
By player votes. Each visitor rates entries S, A, B or C, and every board re-bands from the blended community score. New boards start from a clearly-labeled expert baseline until enough real votes arrive — displayed counts only ever include player votes. Full methodology →
