Battleground healing is a war of AoE throughput, mass dispels and staying alive while kited across an objective. Preservation Evoker leads the bracket — the best healer in Blitz and a top flag and orb carrier in its own right — with Discipline Priest and Mistweaver Monk right beside it on raid-wide healing and mobility.
Holy Priest, Restoration Shaman and Restoration Druid form a serviceable middle, and Holy Paladin drops hardest: its low mobility and single-target focus simply do not translate to spread objective fights.
