As of Jul 10, 2026 (Midnight Season 1), Preservation Evoker, Discipline Priest hold the S tier in WoW: Midnight 2v2 Healer Tier List — an expert-seeded baseline with no player votes yet. Every vote re-ranks the board live.
Two-player healing is about outlasting a single kill target and peeling for yourself. Preservation Evoker and Discipline Priest headline the bracket — Disc's atonement pressure lets its team double as a damage dealer, a decisive edge when there is only one partner. Mistweaver Monk, Restoration Druid and Holy Paladin form a solid A on cooldowns and off-heal utility.
Restoration Shaman leans on positioning to survive hard swaps, and Holy Priest struggles most against a committed go with fewer instant defensives. Placements are relative among the seven healers for the 2v2 bracket only under Midnight Season 1 (patch 12.0.7 Revelations), as voted by the community. If your favorite is criminally underrated here, that's what the vote buttons are for.
One vote per entry (change anytime), recency-weighted so the list tracks the current patch, minimum votes before ranking, re-tabulated live. New boards start from a clearly-labeled expert baseline until real votes take over — displayed counts only ever include player votes. No win-rate scraping, no single expert. Full methodology →
