Cross-hero comparison is the whole point. Every hero's equipment draws from the same three ore pools — Shiny, Glowy and the painfully scarce Starry — so a level on the Royal Champion's boots is a level your Warden's tome never sees. That shared wallet means 'best equipment for the King' is the wrong question; the real decision is which item across all six heroes converts your next batch of ore into the most tripled bases. Common equipment is cheap and quietly efficient, while Epic equipment (unlocked through events) devours Starry Ore, so an Epic has to be genuinely meta-defining to justify its price.

The S row is the shortlist the top creators converge on: the Archer Queen's Action Figure and Magic Mirror, the Barbarian King's Earthquake Boots, the Royal Champion's Electro Boots, and both of the Dragon Duke's Epics — Fire Heart and the new Revenge Deck, alongside his Rocket Backpack. Note the mix: Action Figure, Magic Mirror, Electro Boots, Revenge Deck and Rocket Backpack are Epics — the big Starry sinks — while Earthquake Boots and Fire Heart are Commons that massively outperform their cost. The newest arrival is the Dragon Duke's Revenge Deck, which opened straight into S: it counters and heals off incoming damage and adds raw hitpoints, which is why the guide writers already call it his most flexible slot. Its band is the one to watch, since it has had less than a week of live play behind it.
