Medium sits at 250 HP and is the class that most often anchors a cashout — it carries the healing and objective utility, so its weapons are judged on whether they hold a contested room and stay useful through a long third-party fight, not just on duel speed. Opening tiers were set from several rankings published after the season's balance patch — community tier lists from players who demonstrably played the patch, cross-checked against fan-site rankings that cover the full arsenal — and are a starting point only: what you see is re-tabulated from community votes. Placements are relative to the Medium pool only, so a weapon sitting in C here is the weakest of the Medium options, not the weakest gun in the game.
