Pokémon Unite Tier List

This board ranks the full Pokémon UNITE license roster by how much each pick carries in Master-rank ranked play — solo-queue reliability, teamfight impact, how much of its power survives a bad draft, and how forgiving it is once the meta has been solved.

A note on how licenses are counted here, because it trips people up: Mega Evolutions are SEPARATE Unite licenses. A Mega license is played as the base Pokémon and Mega Evolves mid-match — via its Unite Move, or Mewtwo's Mega gauge at Lv. 5 — with a fixed moveset, while the base license never Mega Evolves at all. They are two different picks and can both be drafted on the same team, so they are ranked as two different entries — same for Mega Charizard X, Mega Charizard Y and Charizard, and for Mega Gyarados and Gyarados. Mewtwo's two licenses (X the All-Rounder, Y the Attacker) are likewise ranked individually.

Placements move with the patch, and the current one moves a lot: the Aeos Summer Rush update (Aug 6, 2026) buffed Mewtwo X, Zoroark, Alolan Raichu, Meganium and Palkia while pulling down Feraligatr, Mega Lucario, Yveltal, Alcremie and Zacian. Reshiram, the newest Attacker, arrived the next day, and the first dated post-patch reads place him among the strongest damage dealers in the game. Every Pokémon starts from an editor seed; the community vote is what actually moves it.

Tier lists are opinions with receipts, so disagree loudly. If you think a pick is carrying harder than its placement suggests — or that it has been coasting on reputation since the last nerf — vote it up or down. Enough votes and the community consensus overrides the seed. This list is meant to reflect the ladder you actually queue into, not one creator's take.
