FAQ
Which Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tier list should I use?
There is one live board: Tier List. Every tier on it is voted by players and re-tabulated as votes land.
What's S-tier in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate right now?
As of Ver. 13.0.5 (Sep 1, 2026 — no balance changes; balance frozen since 13.0.1), Steve, R.O.B., Cloud lead the S tier on the Tier List. The full tier list updates live as votes land.
How often are Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tier lists updated?
Continuously — tiers re-tabulate as votes land, and the last ranking change was 5h ago. When a new patch drops, boards roll forward so votes rank the current version, not last season's.
How are Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tiers decided?
By player votes. Each visitor rates entries S, A, B or C, and every board re-bands from the blended community score. New boards start from a clearly-labeled expert baseline until enough real votes arrive — displayed counts only ever include player votes. Full methodology →
