As of Aug 20, 2026 (Ver. 1.1.1 · launch weapon balance), the community ranks Shooters, Blasters as the best picks (S tier) in Splatoon Raiders Weapon Tier List, based on 42 player ratings from 8 voters.
Splatoon Raiders is a PvE game, so a weapon is judged on how fast it deletes Salmonid hordes and bosses rather than on how it duels other players. That makes the weapon class you pick the single biggest build decision: charge-up melee, sustained spray, and single-target burst all clear content at very different speeds, and your Tank and gadget choices are usually built around the class.
This board ranks all 11 weapon classes on the launch patch. The provisional tiers average each class's rank position across the post-launch rankings published so far — GameWith's Japanese wiki, which is the only source that bands all 11 classes natively, plus Game8's editorial list and Dualshockers' ranked weapon types — and those sources disagree sharply. Game8 puts Brellas and Stringers in its top group on raw DPS while Dualshockers ranks them 10th and 8th; GameWith rates Splatlings and Chargers its bottom band while Dualshockers has Chargers 6th. Splatanas are the one unanimous call, first on every list, because a charged slash lands 2-5x a normal hit. Almost everything below that is genuinely contested, which is exactly what the votes are for.
The game is one week old and Nintendo has not shipped a balance patch yet (Ver. 1.1.0 was a day-one update covering music and general fixes), so expect this to move once the community settles on endgame Super Spicy builds.
