Reverse: 1999 Tier Lists
Reverse: 1999 is Bluepoch's turn-based time-travel gacha, set in a 20th century where an apocalyptic "Storm" rewinds the world decade by decade and you command Arcanists across six Afflatuses (Star, Beast, Spirit, Intellect, Mineral, Plant). Combat is a card-based incantation system where you merge and rotate a hand of skills, so a unit's ceiling depends as much on team rotation and AP economy as on raw numbers. Its endgame lives in Limbo and the recurring Mane's Bulletin challenges, where investment (Insight 3, high Resonance, Portray) and Afflatus matchups decide every clear.
FAQ
Which Reverse: 1999 tier list should I use?
There is one live board: Tier List. Every tier on it is voted by players and re-tabulated as votes land.
What's S-tier in Reverse: 1999 right now?
As of Polymerized Dreams · Atomic Heart Collab (Global · Jul 2026), The Twins, J, Beryl lead the S tier on the Tier List. The full tier list updates live as votes land.
How often are Reverse: 1999 tier lists updated?
Continuously — tiers re-tabulate as votes land, and the last ranking change was 1d ago. When a new patch drops, boards roll forward so votes rank the current version, not last season's.
How are Reverse: 1999 tiers decided?
By player votes. Each visitor rates entries S, A, B or C, and every board re-bands from the blended community score. New boards start from a clearly-labeled expert baseline until enough real votes arrive — displayed counts only ever include player votes. Full methodology →
