Wuthering Waves is Kuro Games' open-world action RPG gacha, where a growing cast of Resonators fights in fast, swap-heavy real-time combat built around Intro/Outro skills, Echoes, and elemental team synergies. The meta moves quickly: every five-to-six-week version ships new limited 5-star Resonators and signature weapons that routinely power-creep older units, so the top of the ladder is in constant rotation. As of Version 3.5 the roster spans more than 50 playable Resonators counting each Rover attunement, with the new Mengzhou region and the game's first SP Resonator headlining the latest wave. This board ranks them all by endgame performance across Tower of Adversity and Whimpering Wastes.
