As of Aug 19, 2026 (Patch 7.2c), Galio, Warwick, Rammus, Sona lead the S tier in League of Legends: Wild Rift Champion Tier List — an expert-seeded baseline with no player votes yet. Every vote re-ranks the board live.
This Wild Rift tier list ranks every playable champion for the current Patch 7.2b ranked meta, across Baron lane, Jungle, Mid, Duo lane and Support. Patch 7.2 reworked active enchantments into class-restricted actives — some were removed outright and their effects folded into items, with Stasis moving onto Zhonya's Hourglass — which hit melee divers and immobile hypercarries hardest; Ahri's full ASU landed in the same patch. Patches 7.2a and 7.2b then followed with balance passes, 7.2b nerfing Jayce, Nidalee, Ambessa, Sona, Kayle, Hecarim and Zilean while buffing Aurora, Ekko and Lee Sin, alongside item changes and a bounty-system adjustment.
Cho'Gath joined the roster on August 7 as a Baron-lane tank who scales by stacking Feast, and he is genuinely unproven — no tier list has ranked him yet, so his placement here is a neutral starting seed rather than a read on the meta. New marksman Yunara and Wild Rift-exclusive mage Norra are also still settling in. Vote to push your champion up or down and let the community settle the real meta.
Cho'Gath's placement is now measured rather than provisional. He released mid-patch on 7 August with no tier data behind him, so he entered on a neutral day-one seed; two independent post-release sources have since published on him and both land in the same place — WildRiftFire lists him Solo Lane, Tier B on 7.2c, and WildRiftCore has him at a 45.0% win rate over an 11.8% pick rate, also B. That is despite the 7.2c buffs to his damage and Feast scaling, so the band reflects the buffed champion, not the launch one.
