Initiators are the information economy: recon dart, flash timing, and util clears decide whether your duelist entry is heroic or just feeding. Recon nerfs and new agent kits keep rotating who the must-pick is.
This board ranks VALORANT's initiators for ranked on the current patch, as voted by the community. If your main is criminally underrated here, that's what the vote buttons are for.
One vote per entry (change anytime), recency-weighted so the list tracks the current patch, minimum votes before ranking, re-tabulated live. New boards start from a clearly-labeled expert baseline until real votes take over — displayed counts only ever include player votes. No win-rate scraping, no single expert. Full methodology →

New boards start from a clearly-labeled expert baseline; from there every player vote re-ranks the list live: roughly one vote per entry per person (changeable anytime), recency-weighted so the list tracks the current patch, with a minimum of votes before an entry is ranked. Displayed counts only ever include real player votes.
