NTE: Neverness to Everness is a free-to-play open-world urban-fantasy action-RPG from Hotta Studio (the Tower of Fantasy team) and Perfect World Games, set in the supernatural metropolis of Hethereau where you hunt anomalies as an unlicensed Esper. Playable characters are pulled from gacha banners, so the meta reshuffles every patch as new limited five-star Espers and their signature Arcs arrive. The current release is Version 1.2 "999 Nights," headlined by the limited Cosmos DPS Shinku, and this tier list tracks which Espers are actually carrying teams right now.
