This NIKKE PvP tier list ranks the units that actually turn up in Rookie and Special Arena — a curated cut, not the full hundred-plus roster, where matches are decided inside the opening burst cycle — so the meta rewards burst-generation batteries, cooldown and re-burst manipulation, and first-turn nukes over raw PvE damage. Built for the PERSONA ON FRONTLINE collab patch (13 August 2026), it reflects the current dominance of damage-reduction and indomitability defenses plus frontloaded AoE burst. Most campaign and bossing specialists land in C because they simply cannot act before the first Full Burst resolves. Note that arena placements move on their own clock rather than with the story patch. Earlier collab Nikkes (Ada Wong, Jill Valentine, Chisato Nishikigi, Takina Inoue and the Evangelion units) are ranked here, but the PERSONA units are not yet: no arena-focused source has published on them, and Queen is deliberately held off this board rather than guessed at.
