Blind ballot: the order is shuffled and the community's answer stays hidden until you've rated an entry — your take, not an echo. One vote each, change anytime. Rate as many or as few as you like. No account needed.

Serval↓ fallingTrailblazer • Preservation↓ fallingArgenti↓ fallingThis tier list ranks Honkai: Star Rail's playable characters by their overall value across the three rotating endgame modes — Memory of Chaos, Pure Fiction, and Apocalyptic Shadow — as of Version 4.5, which opened Astropolis on August 26, 2026 and added the 5-star Wind Remembrance support Robin • Summeretto on its first banner phase. Tiers blend raw damage, support strength, and how well each unit anchors a modern team: hypercarries like Castorice and Firefly and premium supports and sustains like Sparkle, Huohuo, and Cyrene sit at the top, while once-dominant carries such as Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae and Jing Yuan have slipped as power creep marches on.
Placements are anchored to where Prydwen, Game8, and other endgame theorycrafters currently place each unit, mapped onto a simple S/A/B/C scale and then moved by community vote. Newer isn't always better and older isn't always obsolete — investment, Eidolons, and the current content type all move the needle, so treat this as a starting point, as voted by the community. If your favorite is criminally underrated here, that's what the vote buttons are for.
One vote per entry (change anytime), recency-weighted so the list tracks the current patch, minimum votes before ranking, re-tabulated live. New boards start from a clearly-labeled expert baseline until real votes take over — displayed counts only ever include player votes. No win-rate scraping, no single expert. Full methodology →

New boards start from a clearly-labeled expert baseline; from there every player vote re-ranks the list live: roughly one vote per entry per person (changeable anytime), recency-weighted so the list tracks the current patch, with a minimum of votes before an entry is ranked. Displayed counts only ever include real player votes.
