Genshin Character Tier List

This Genshin Impact tier list ranks every playable character released as of the current version — 125 entries, with the Traveler's seven elemental forms ranked separately, exactly as the major community tier lists treat them. Placements are endgame-weighted: what counts is how much a character contributes to a full clear of Spiral Abyss floor 12, Imaginarium Theater's later acts, and Stygian Onslaught boss rushes as a core member of their best real team, not how they feel in overworld exploration.

The current meta is defined by the Snezhnaya generation and Stellar Glimmer teams — Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl, both gated behind a Stellar Linchpin in the party. On-field damage is led by Mavuika, Skirk, Zibai, Varka, Flins, Nefer and Sandrone, with the newly released Cryo Traveler and Lohen right behind them; Odette, the Version 7.0 debut, joins the top band as a Stellar Glimmer damage-support rather than an on-field carry; Columbina, Durin, Escoffier, Ineffa and the evergreen Furina rule off-field damage; and the support crown belongs to Lauma, Linnea, Nicole and Xilonen, with Citlali just behind — while Bennett, six years old and still S, refuses to age. Kaedehara Kazuha — five years old and still the game's best Anemo enabler — remains a premier Anemo support just outside the top band, while older pillars like Neuvillette and Arlecchino remain excellent but have eased into A as newer kits out-scale them.

Tier lists without context lie, so read placements with roles in mind — an S-tier support and an S-tier hypercarry are answers to different questions, and roles are noted in each source ranking. Constellations move placements too: Sucrose jumps from solid pick to elite lunar driver at C6, Fischl and Xiangling gain half a tier from their key constellations, and most five-star carries step up sharply at C1-C2. On a budget, Bennett, Fischl, Xiangling, Xingqiu, Iansan, Aino, Prune and Illuga are the four-star backbone that endgame teams still respect.
