As of Jul 10, 2026 (Map Update · July 2026), Boxing, Wrestling hold the S tier in Gakuran Fighting Style Tier List — an expert-seeded baseline with 5 player ratings so far. Every vote re-ranks the board live.
Fighting styles are the heart of Gakuran combat: you roll for one (rerolling costs Robux or free-code rerolls), and each carries its own moveset, passives and rarity, from the Common Basic you start with to the Legendary Wrestling and Capoeira that only drop around 1% of the time. Rarity does not equal power here — the community consistently ranks the Epic Boxing and the Legendary Wrestling at the very top for their pressure and unblockable grapples, while some rarer rolls sit mid-pack and the free Basic style punches above its weight.
This board ranks all eight obtainable fighting styles for the current Map Update, weighing PvP consistency, combo and guardbreak potential, passive perks and how well each holds up across the game's height-based damage modifiers, as voted by the community. If your favorite is criminally underrated here, that's what the vote buttons are for.
One vote per entry (change anytime), recency-weighted so the list tracks the current patch, minimum votes before ranking, re-tabulated live. New boards start from a clearly-labeled expert baseline until real votes take over — displayed counts only ever include player votes. No win-rate scraping, no single expert. Full methodology →
