This tier list ranks Epic Seven's heroes by how much they actually move the needle in the current meta, weighted toward Real-Time Arena — the game's competitive 1v1 draft mode — and cross-checked against PvE endgame like Abyss, Guild War and the harder Hunts. Placements assume a reasonably invested account with the gear and Exclusive Equipment that make a unit's kit come online, because a hero's ceiling in E7 is inseparable from Combat Readiness control, effectiveness and effect-resistance breakpoints, and the artifact bolted onto them.

The top of the board is anchored by the units warping every draft right now: Boss Arunka bulldozing front lines, Rhianna and Luciella and Perfumer Byblis dictating the opener war, Notos so oppressive he is pre-banned in the overwhelming majority of games, and cleave and control pieces like Lady of the Scales, Harsetti, Frieren and School Nurse Yulha. S is reserved for genuine meta-definers, not fan favorites. The bottom C rows are not insults — they are the iconic starter and classic 5-stars like Vildred, Bellona, base Sigret and Cecilia that built the game but have been outclassed as pick-or-ban threats, still perfectly usable for progression while newer specialists own the ladder.

Epic Seven's meta genuinely shifts with each ML hero and balance patch, and RTA taste varies wildly by rank and playstyle, so treat every placement here as a strong opening position rather than gospel.
